Eleven Intuitions – Terms & Conditions
By booking a session, enrolling in a class, or purchasing a product through Eleven Intuitions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Payment & Booking Policies
All Sales Final: Due to the nature of our services — including readings, classes, mentorships, events, and digital or physical products — all sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued once a purchase is made.
Payment at Time of Booking: Appointments, classes, and enrollments are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Unpaid reservations will not be held.
Rescheduling (Private Sessions Only): If you need to reschedule a private session, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is offered once per booking, based on practitioner availability. If rescheduling is not arranged in advance, the original session is forfeited.
Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late acknowledge that their session time may be reduced accordingly. Eleven Intuitions is not responsible for missed content, shortened sessions, or technical issues caused by lateness. Time lost due to lateness will not be made up or rescheduled.
No-Show Policy: If you miss your scheduled appointment, class, or event without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. No rescheduling or credits will be offered.
Prepaid Packages & Subscriptions: Prepaid sessions, bundles, or subscriptions (including Woo Woo Crew memberships) must be used within the agreed timeframe. Unused sessions are forfeited and are not eligible for credits or transfers.
Technology & Access (Live Sessions)
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a working device, and access to required software (e.g., Google Meet). If a live session is disrupted or cannot continue due to technical issues on the client’s side — including but not limited to internet outages, device malfunctions, software errors, or environment-related disruptions — the session will be considered completed. No reschedules or credits will be offered.
Practitioner Responsibility: If Eleven Intuitions experiences a technical issue or other disruption that prevents a live session from being delivered, the appointment can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Energetic & Spiritual Interference: Clients acknowledge that, due to the nature of spiritual work, live sessions may occasionally be impacted by factors beyond our control (such as energetic interference or spirit-led redirection). In such cases, Eleven Intuitions will make every reasonable effort to complete or reschedule the session.
Group Classes & Events: Group sessions, classes, and workshops occur at scheduled times. If a client misses a group session, event, or class, it will not be rescheduled or credited.
Privacy & Confidentiality (Recordings)
Consent for Recording: No sessions will be recorded without your express permission.
Courtesy Recordings (Not Guaranteed): If a recording is provided, it is offered as a complimentary courtesy only. Eleven Intuitions cannot guarantee that a recording will be successfully created, delivered, or preserved — even if client permission has been given. No reschedules or credits will be issued in relation to recordings.
Training Use (With Consent): If a client consents to recording at the time of booking, recordings may be used privately for internal student training and practitioner development. These recordings will never be shared outside of Eleven Intuitions’ training environment.
Social Media & Public Use (With Signed Release): No recordings, photos, or video clips will ever be shared publicly (including but not limited to websites, advertising, or social media) without the client’s express written permission. A separate Media Release form will be required for any public or promotional use.
Confidentiality: All personal information and content shared during sessions, classes, or communications with Eleven Intuitions will remain confidential. We do not share or sell your information.
Disclaimer & Client Conduct
Disclaimer of Guarantees: Services and products provided by Eleven Intuitions are for personal insight, development, and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, results, or outcomes. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions following any reading, class, or guidance received.
Medical & Psychological Disclaimer: Eleven Intuitions does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Services are not a substitute for professional care. If you are experiencing a crisis, please seek licensed professional support or emergency services.
Age Requirement: Clients must be at least 18 years of age to book a session, unless a parent or legal guardian is present or has provided written consent.
Respectful Conduct: Eleven Intuitions maintains a safe and respectful environment. Abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent claims (including but not limited to labeling services as a “scam”) will result in immediate termination of the client–practitioner relationship. Clients engaging in such behavior will be barred from future services, and no credits will be given.
Right to Refuse Service: Eleven Intuitions reserves the right to decline service to anyone whose conduct is inappropriate, harmful, or disruptive.
Cancellations by Eleven Intuitions
Practitioner Illness/Emergency: Eleven Intuitions reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to illness, emergencies, or events beyond our control. In such cases, clients may be offered rescheduling at no additional cost.
Force Majeure: Eleven Intuitions is not liable for cancellations or rescheduling caused by events outside of our reasonable control, including natural disasters, widespread technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Legal
Governing Law: By booking, clients agree that any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Dispute Resolution: Eleven Intuitions reserves the right to involve legal counsel in cases of harassment, defamation, or payment disputes.
