By booking a session, enrolling in a class, or purchasing a product through Eleven Intuitions, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payment & Booking Policies
No Refunds: Due to the nature of our services (including readings, classes, and digital or physical products) all sales are final. These offerings involve time, energy, and access to proprietary materials or insights, and therefore are non-refundable once purchased.
Payment Required at Time of Booking: Appointments and class enrollments are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a private session, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
No-Show Policy: If you miss your scheduled appointment or class without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Consent for Recording: No sessions will be recorded without your express permission. If recording is agreed upon, the file will be kept private and secure.
Training Use (With Consent) With your consent, recordings may be used internally by Eleven Intuitions, LLC for student learning or practitioner training. These will never be shared outside our team.
Confidentiality: All personal information and content shared during sessions, classes, or communications with Eleven Intuitions, LLC will remain confidential. We do not share or sell your information.
