Response time
We are a small team. You can usually expect a reply within one to two business days, sometimes sooner on weekdays.
Every practitioner works a little differently. In general, we start by saying hello, setting the intention and giving space for Spirit to step in. You can share your focus or questions, then we bring through evidence, messages and guidance that fit where you are now. There is always room at the end for questions and clarifying anything that came through.
It is completely normal to feel nervous. We work gently, explain what we are doing and give you time to settle in. There are rare times when a session does not flow as expected. If that happens, we will talk about it openly and do our best to adjust. You are never in trouble for being anxious or emotional.
Yes, some sessions are recorded for training and quality purposes. We do not share any recordings outside of Eleven Intuitions without signed consent from the client.
Due to technical issues or platform glitches, a recording is never guaranteed. If a recording fails or does not save, the session itself is still considered complete and valid. Clients may opt out of having their session recorded.
We understand that life happens. When you need to change an appointment, we ask that you reschedule as soon as possible. No shows or last minute cancellations are usually treated as a used session and the payment is forfeited. No. We are not medical doctors, mental health professionals, veterinarians, lawyers or financial advisors. Our sessions are for spiritual support, personal insight and education only. We will always direct you back to licensed professionals for those kinds of questions.
