Eleven Intuitions – Terms & Conditions

By booking a session, enrolling in a class, or purchasing a product through Eleven Intuitions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment & Booking Policies

All Sales Final:
Due to the nature of our services—including readings, classes, mentorships, events, and digital or physical products—all sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued once a purchase is made.

Processing Fees (If Applicable):
In the rare event that a refund is issued at the sole discretion of Eleven Intuitions, any non-refundable payment processing fees, transaction fees, or third-party charges incurred will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Payment at Time of Booking:
Appointments, classes, and enrollments are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Unpaid reservations will not be held.

Session Extensions:
If a client requests additional time during a session, they agree to be billed for that time at the current rate. Payment is due immediately upon invoicing. Eleven Intuitions reserves the right to charge the card on file for any unpaid session extensions.

Rescheduling (Private Sessions Only):
Rescheduling is offered once per booking, based on practitioner availability. If not arranged in advance, the session will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals:
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Time lost will not be made up or rescheduled.

No-Show Policy:
Missed appointments without notice are considered no-shows and are forfeited without rescheduling or credit.

Prepaid Packages & Subscriptions:
All sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe. Unused sessions are forfeited and are not eligible for credits or transfers.

International Payments & Currency

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Clients purchasing from outside the United States acknowledge that their bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates, foreign transaction fees, or additional charges.

Eleven Intuitions is not responsible for:

• Currency conversion differences

• Exchange rate fluctuations

• Foreign transaction fees

• Any additional charges imposed by the client’s financial institution

The final amount charged in your local currency is determined by your payment provider.

No refunds, credits, or adjustments will be issued due to exchange rate differences or international fees.

Technology & Access (Live Sessions)

Client Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for having a stable internet connection and access to required platforms. If a session is disrupted due to client-side issues, it will be considered completed.

Practitioner Responsibility:
If Eleven Intuitions experiences a technical issue, the session may be rescheduled.

Energetic Interference:
Due to the nature of spiritual work, sessions may occasionally be impacted by factors beyond our control. Every reasonable effort will be made to complete or reschedule the session.

Group Classes & Events:
Missed group sessions are not rescheduled or credited.

Confidentiality & NDA Requirements

Certain services, classes, mentorship programs, or casework may require a signed Confidentiality or Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Condition of Access:
Access will not be granted until the agreement is signed. Refusal to sign will result in forfeiture without refund.

Confidentiality Agreement Includes:
Clients agree not to share or disclose:

• Personal information from readings

• Case details or investigations

• Student sessions or feedback

• Training materials or teaching methods

Violation may result in removal from services and potential legal action.

Privacy & Recordings

Sessions are not recorded without permission.

If a recording is provided, it is a courtesy and not guaranteed.

Recordings may not be shared, distributed, or published without written consent.

All personal information shared remains confidential.

Client Conduct & Communication Boundaries

Eleven Intuitions maintains a respectful and safe environment.

Clients agree:

• Not to engage in abusive, defamatory, or disruptive behavior

• Not to request repeated free services or bypass booking systems

• Not to excessively message outside of scheduled sessions

Eleven Intuitions does not provide ongoing support outside of paid sessions.

Violation may result in termination of services without refund.

Right to Refuse or End Service

Eleven Intuitions reserves the right to:

• Decline service

• End a session at any time

• Remove clients from programs

This applies if behavior, energy, or expectations are not aligned with the integrity of the work.

No refunds or credits will be issued in these cases.

Digital Products & Course Access

All digital content is for individual use only.

Materials may not be shared, copied, distributed, or resold.

Unauthorized sharing may result in revoked access without refund.

Disclaimer

Services provided are for personal insight, development, and entertainment purposes only.

No guarantees are made regarding accuracy or outcomes.

Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions.

Eleven Intuitions does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Emotional & Personal Responsibility

Clients acknowledge they are responsible for their emotional and mental well-being.

Eleven Intuitions is not responsible for decisions, actions, or emotional responses following a session.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By purchasing services, clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes without first contacting Eleven Intuitions.

Any attempt to reverse a valid charge may result in:

• Collection efforts

• Permanent removal from services

• Legal action if necessary

Cancellations by Eleven Intuitions

Sessions may be rescheduled due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

Legal

Governing Law:
All terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Dispute Resolution:
Eleven Intuitions reserves the right to pursue legal action in cases of fraud, defamation, or payment disputes.
